YAGEO won “Deal of the Year Award” from “MAPECT Taiwan M&A Award 2019” Award Ceremony for acquisition of Pulse Electronics. This acquisition not only enhanced YAGEO’s position from a Passive components provider to a comprehensive electronic solution provider, but also strengthened Yageo’s market position on automotive electronics and Industrial application electronics. Pulse’s long last reputation in EMEA & USA also elevated Yageo group’s branding to an unprecedented level.
